That’s weird isn’t it! Cause he’s in the base set - listed as in the Hyper Asia version - one will pop up eventually!

There are definitely versions of that card of him, I had a breaker mention he pulled a Red once, but they are just not popping up on the market.

Sucks cause I only need those two cards and the Lucky Envelopes/8 to complete the Rainbow.....
