No complaints. You expect 4 Rated Rookie in a blaster though. (Has 30 cards. On average: 23 base, 4 Rated Rookie and 3 non-base).

Above average considering got a decent rookie insert as well.

I will be opening 13 Booster packs later today. (Has 8 cards. On average: 6 base, 1 Rated Rookie and 1 non-base).
