Love the Clydes, great to see he still has a nice signature and took his time.

One of the greatest back rowers ever, revolutionised the role
It is quite hard to see highlights of Clyde on the Web, and I can't seem to find much of him even at club level. I have watched him at origin level (replays) and can say that him, meninga and daley are all very excellent players.

There is an old Canberra v Manly game on YouTube, maybe 91. Clyde has a blinder.

First player to win a Clive Churchill in a losing team.

Combined the old style back rower skills such as cover defence, tough hit ups with all the modern qualities such as hitting gaps in the middle and on edges, support play, ball play before and after the line. A real complete package.

Big motor, high work rate, fast and hard as nails.

Wasn't he more known for as a lock rather than a second rower? I think I remember Brad Mackay playing lock in some state of origin games, maybe he was form the bench, correct me if i'm incorrect.
