After a decade or more on the sidelines of the hobby after collecting Steve Nash cards from 97-00 (sadly at the time on a school kid budget that priced me out of anything more than about $5 a card!), I decided in 2013 to get back into the hobby. In doing so I figured I'd have a shot at building a new player specific collection that would hopefully include something more impressive than the Nash Finest Refractor...the jewel in the crown of my back in the day Nash collection! While my focus has admittedly waned at times, and I've since turned my attention elsewhere, I thought I'd share the outcome of my efforts anyway!

Other than a Immaculate Chinese Red variant of his non-RPA vertical auto jersey, I've got nothing else on the way so this may well be it but I'm pleased with the result even if it does have some definite gaps. I know a few other guys here are MKG fans so would love to see what other MKG cards and collections there are in Oz...maybe collectively Australia has a world-beating MKG PC ;)

Sweet PC so far - if he can get that funky jumper under control there's no telling how good he could be!

I love growing up and having the moolah to buy all these amazing things we couldn't afford as high school kids haha nice big quality collection which I'm sure we'll see grow even bigger!

Beautiful collection sir!

Did you see the 2 Certified black on ebay some days ago?

I did...seems like an MKG collector in Asia was breaking up their collection as a bunch of SSP cards appeared at the exact same time. Would've loved to pick some up but unfortunately I've put the breaks on adding to my MKG collection while I focus my card expenditure elsewhere. Saw there was an Australian-based seller that sold off an MKG Immaculate Acetate RC for only $120 though and was kicking myself over that!
