Wouldn't mind getting your thoughts on getting your low numbers graded or keeping them ungraded..
I am thinking of leaving them until the grading picks up and gets a bit more popular in Australia
In case i upgrade numbers or card quality and need to move it on...
I got this one graded as i have a #10 of the same card

I still think it would be cool to have specific pages and or albums to put these in but they do fit in a 4-pocket page alright...

Pretty happy with the score and would recommend CGA to all,

Thanks for looking

Troy

Nice one.......I have just sent 9 cards off for comprehensive grading. I personally put the graded card and the report in a bag designed for slabs and then pop that on a stand. In the current lot I have just sent there were 4 NRL signature cards.

Thanks, I appreciate it mate but i already have some and they come in one when you get them back from CGA as well!

Are you using the stands that CGA is selling? if so can you post a picture of one on a stand please

Troy, with regards that site you mentioned, no, I won't use it so I don't know what stands they sell. Here is an image of the stands I use.

Depends on the service and the time frame. The RAW service is cheaper as CGA only encapsulate the card. The comprehensive service is dearer for the 7 day turn-a-round service and gets progressively cheaper the longer the turn-a-round period.

In my latest 9 card order I used the 28 day service for a cost of $12 and some change for a comprehensive service. That is encapsulation and grading + the report.

Without debating the merits of one companies service / process over another I have found Craig at CGA very good to deal with. They keep you in the loop all thru the process with your order. I have another 5 cards to pack up and send off in the morning, what I like about this order is that 2 of the cards have previously been graded / slabbed by another company, CGA will open the slabs, re-grade the cards and send them back with the report. They are only non-sport promo cards but they are cards I want to keep.

Hope that helps.

Dave
