Bit of a rap for Upper Deck!!

I had 3 Melvin Ingram redemptions in with UD that were supposedly shipped in August, nothing arrived so having emailed UD, who were very responsive, asking which teams or players I collected, was pleasantly surprised to get a Fedex package today with the following

2 Courtney Upshaw autos from Fleer Retro, a DJ Fluker auto from UD Football and a nice bonus of a Melvin Ingram PMG Blue/50 from retro. Customer service is alive and well, take note Topps!!!

Nice stuff! Panini customer service is not too bad either, although you are right about Topps. They really need to step up their service levels.

Yeah, always remember UD as being pretty good... Pity they don't have an NFL licence anymore, the photographs they used on their cards were always top notch..

Was thinking this too, it just doesn't quite feel the same with the college uniforms. It may be different if you live and were brought up with it seeing as college football is so big
