Got quite a few lesser inserts but not worth putting them all up. Nowhere near as many as a few of you other blokes, although my wife thinks otherwise. That's the trouble when the Paypal account gets drained, all my spending is exposed.

So did you guys have to create a new ebay user id that was located in the US to use the COMC mailbox, or did you just add the mailbox as an extra address ?? It's becoming more tempting as I see more and more of the $20 + Ebay supplied international shipping charges...

To ship 25 Items is going to cost me $9.50

The processing is the killer especially if breakers or sellers send base cards or freebies that you don't want. My next processing has got about 120 items!!! @50c

You can donate the free cards to COMC charity at not processing cost

Anyone had any dramas with items not being sent/received? had to open 2 item not received cases this week... Previously I have opened 2 in my life (or the first 400 purchases)

Is that as in they sent you the picture but not the item, or they never received it from the seller ?

If someone trustworthy opened up forwarding mailboxes in the states at 50c-$1 a package and just forwarded the contents as is with add ons (protection for cards sent unprotected etc) they would make some serious cash... As much as I like the COMC mailbox it can be done better in a forwarding mailbox sense and if something better comes a long I will only use COMC for flipping, as good as COMC's intentions are, they can be quite frustrating to deal with especially with the continued changing of the Mailbox's T's & C's.... Maybe Shawn Bradley Fan can start up a business ;)

Sorry Trev, should have been clearer.... Never received item from ebay seller....
Aah, okay...yeah, a little strange after so many buys...

I'm still a bit dubious about it all hinging on the COMC user name and them putting it in the right bucket when they consolidate it all... someone else likely got yours in there parcel I'd reckon...

Both had no tracking number which amazes me why USA sellers send domestically without one... its a few cents extra for piece of mind.... One has said he will look again.... the other seller never replied.... so case opened

I understand the concerns with cards being put in wrong box but when you weigh up COMC vs Borderlinx vs difficulties/costs trying to get USA seller to send to us, there is no comparison at the moment.... and for my two non-received cards, I am pretty sure they have not been sent... both had no tracking and one hadn't been marked posted a month after purchse

I can't believe the level of service provided by COMC. Imagine the sheer volume of mail they would have to sort through. Then photograph contents, email to recipients and store in "mailboxes". I have had cause to contact them once, I received a reply within 24 hours and they were very obliging. So far they are a gift from the NFL card gods.

Until they cross me. :cautious:  :cautious:

Ahh man just seeing the name borderlinx makes my blood boil

Agreed.... I know many received damage cards, I never did but that was out of sheer luck.... some of the repackaging (or lack of) was disgraceful....

I did however have a parcel held for three weeks at customs as I got a cpl of Metal Magazine back issues for a dollar or something and borderlinx put it under "firearms" (get it... magazine for a gun) Im on the phone to the Borderlinx rep who wanted a copy of my firearms licence so customs can release the parcel... and Im telling them it is a magazine, as in a publication and they can just destroy them if that makes it easier... this went back and forth three times, each time someone different was asking questions about the firearm accessories.... Finally the message got through and I got my stuff.....

There customer service in regard to replying is first class.... I'm just not a massive fan of this "make up the rules as we go" mentality.... Although, I believe it is a result of good intentions/poor planning as opposed to anything else
