I really doubt I'll be able to afford cards, after picking up this beauty.

House on market Sunday. Went to take a look, it was everything we wanted, went straight down to the agents, gave them almost what they wanted.

Pending inspections, this thing is ours, with deposit due Monday, long settlement which is suits us fine...will be in there by April 07.

5 bedrooms, 2 lounge rooms, formal dining! We scored ourselves a bargain.
Definate DRobinson Shrine Room!

Only catch is its 5 doors down from my girlfriends parents! LOL
 
haha yeah man, Im sorry - DRob Shrine Room!! Im pretty excited, like its very frightening...but I kind of feel grown up and responsible now!
 
well be setting ground rules thats for sure :)

the advantages outweigh the disadvantages though!
 
Ahhh, there's always a catch! lol. Well done mate. That's what worries me about potentially buying a house, I don't want to grow up! It's cheaper with the parents anyway lol

Congrats on the purchase mate. If D Rob was still playing i'd send you a bunch of comons each month to keep ya going :-D

With a bit of luck we'll be in our house within 3-4 weeks.

5 B'rooms tho?? WOW.. I guess that's 1 room for each night of the week (working week). ;)
 
When you get your place, you too can spend your days creating gardens in the front yard, then taking photos so you can look back in 5 years time and be amazed how small the plants were that you planted :)

well we've had some interesting developments...
got the building and pest inspections this morning, nothing major, just a little bit of work needs to be done.

But the biggest thing was the owner didnt let the inspectors into the garage/shed! We specifically asked for it to be checked, and the agent wouldnt allow it! So we are going to crack some skulls tonight...

Got a letter from the agent which had 3 major ****ups, so got those fixed.

But yeah, the missus is mighty pissed off - I pulled my groin playing ball last night, so Im just angry and sore LOL
 
Mate, we feel ya pain.

We've been in this situation since signing the contract... lol

As long as you can pull out if need be, you'll be fine.
