yeah i figured that would be the case, but maybe they think they can trade Lui for Jones, then Jones for Moltzen....

Tigers run the NRL... The Dragons and thier fans have been parading around like they are the be all and end all
for 30+ years. I am amused to see the ramblings on other forums, Referring to the Tigers as a 2nd tier team etc, etc...
When I read the Dragons are looking for an advancement on next year to stay afloat???
The Tigers aren't the ones who signed a player with out a formal release!!
Our CEO blew up at the time because it was arrogant of the Dragons to announce the signing
with out the formal documentation.
This is about doing things the right way... Your main man Peter Douche has his head far too far inside his own
ar*e to come to terms with the fact the whole world does not revolve around the Dragons.
Since Moltzens negotiations with the Dragons... The Tigers Have Wade McKinnon, Todd Payten and Simon Dwyer
off the books for next year...

If they signed a $750,000 contract on Verbals with the Player Manager and Player, While he was still signed elsewhere...

I'm not going into the Dragons/Tigers feud but the Dragons ARE in financial turmoil. I heard Peter Doust himself say at the rally in Sept that the club will totally be gone within 2 years if mandatory pre-committment goes ahead as the Gillard government is planning. A few other clubs may be in trouble too.
