I thought this is a bit odd. I wonder how many fans will show up in fancy dress? I guess the Dogs are diversifying some of their income streams. From memory they did a similar thing the other year when Avatar came out too

I don't mind so much when teams wear a different jersey for charity but I'm not a fan when they sell out the jersey for a sponsor.

Its getting a bit crazy how many jerseys seem to make an appearance in one season. You dont see the AFL (or any other sport i can think of) selling out like this.

Something else crazy is that a club was given the ok to wear a jersey like this but the Raiders have applied every away game this year to wear our official away jersey and the NRL knocked us back every single time.

I'm gunna stick up for them here as we all agree that extra income is needed in the game to raise salary caps and further promote the game. Good on the Dogs for diversifying and thinking outside the square

For old fogeys...funny, got me a handful of nieces and nephews between 4 and 10 and they all LOVE Star Wars and Clone Wars...etc.

What I don't get is Souths not getting to wear the red & green stripes when they played Canberra at home in the lime green one piece. Just beggars belief. Alright for a dozen plus years but not the last couple. Hell last year we had to wear a white jersey because Canberra played at home in some good awful grey and lime piping jersey. The horror!
