From the looks of it there is no 1:2 box insert. This is massive, they give buying boxes from searched cases value still. Take Legends out of 2006 and Inspirations out of 2005, thats alot of missing $$ add that to no parallels. Whatever dealer can turn a profit from this release is a genius.
From Selects facebook page - "The 2009 TY & CP cards were produced for those collectors who like this particular subset. As you are aware we did not produce a 2nd series in 2010 due to a downturn in the market making the collection commercially unviable. So these are a catch up for the genuine collectors."
I think Select is confusing a "downturn in the market" with the fact that the 2010 Champions was an abomination and all their poor sellers got stuck unable to sell the stock. If they want to avoid a downturn how about some original ideas for subsets and some value for collectors. Cant be that difficult can it?

It sounds like an OK set so far. I'm a bit sick of parallel sets to be honest so I'm not disapointed. On the other hand I think a parallel set encourages me to buy more packs as there is always something slightly rarer in there. I think without them 1 box will be enough to open then the inserts I'll just seek out the inserts I'm after.
