The ve 6 litre isnt to shy when it comes to fuel consumption !!
Plus parking it outside at work with all the yahoos and drunks has be concerned..
Needed something that uses less fuel and i can park undercover...

YES....HERE IS THE ANSWER !!!

2006 SUZUKI GSX 750F....IMMACULATE CONDITION
and she rides like a dream

WHICH DIDNT PAN OUT AS THE OWNER EXAGERATED ON THE CONDITION OF THE BIKE !!
 
very nice. I see a few bikes pushed over here in Melbourne. Also if its a push bike a lot of front wheels get buckled when people leave their bikes chained to a post.
 
shame they put caps on the top speed now.

this one is nicefor p/w ratio, faster then busa (new ones) on acceleration

 
Thanks lads.....wasnt my first choice but the wifes been more than generous as ive only had the ve less than 6 months.
Even now...the night before i go to inspect this 1 im looking for something better....lolololol
 
Thanks for the remarks gents.....but unfortunately it was a no go
waste of fuel and time.
The bike looked good untill closer inspection...had been dropped at some stage...scratched to lower left
Keys had scratched the hell out of the ignition surround
NO service history and the oil was pitch black !!!
Front Tyre needed replacing and back was getting close.
Chain had never been cleaned and lubed ide say

I could have lived with the scratches but no service history and oil colour put me off
O ye...it was also due for a major service....27000kms

So im now sitting here with 5k in cash and no bike....damn

Was really looking forward to this bike as it meets all my needs....
Love the styling as well...

Will have to keep looking i guess

OR I COULD BLOW IT ALL ON CASES !!!

Drove all the way to secret harbour to find out he hadnt been completly honest..
This 1 is from a dealer so a bit more confident....weight could be the down side
 
Everything checked out on the fzr 1000 thundercat so here she is in the driveway.
Handles like a dream and...DAMN...i thought my ute was fast !!!

Nice Steve Nice! Knew it wouldn't take you long to spend the $5k lol

If you have the bike then when will drive that awesome ute? You are better off selling it and putting the cash in a term deposit and make some money instead of losing it while it sits in your driveway mate :)


BTW - Did you sell your boat? (Man I loved that boat).

Yep the boat sold eventually....shame really but we just didnt use it enough
