Hey everyone

Setup this league to give it a try seeing as the interest in the other thread. People can post in here and get a game going.

I am the admin at the moment but can grant another couple of permissions so a tournament can be setup in my absence.



How to join:
- Open the main poker lobby, then click on the Home Games tab
- Click the 'Join a Poker Club' button
- Enter my Club ID number: 386511
- Enter my Invitation Code: ozcardtrader


There are a couple of low limit case tables set up but a tourney needs to be scheduled.

Let me know if any people are keen for a tournament in the near future!

Limit (Fixed)

BUY IN's - $1, $2, $3, $5, $10, $20 (plus appropriate rake)

FORMATS - Regular, Rebuy, Shootout, Knockout

PAYOUTS - Top 10%, 15%, 20% or Winner Takes All

BLINDS - 3, 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes

STARTING CHIPS- 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 5000

Real money So .com I gather, I've never used .net I don't think so not sure if it links you to real money games?

No worries, Might have been a noob question on my part as I've not played on either site. But I will join this league :)

They publicise .net overseas because they can't promote .com (real money) because of the legislation so it's just their loophole to get people to the real site.
Here we don't have those laws so can go straight to .com

Just joined up.

Be keen for a weekly or monthly tourney for a few bob.

Do they let you setup a 10c rebuy tourney, those are always fun to play like an idiot :lol:

Might lead to a real home game one night.

Great stuff mate!

You can set up a max of 5 ready-to-go cash game tables. And also heaps of options for tourneys --> time, date, blinds, breaks, starting chips

Minimum seems to be $1 +.10, up to $20 + 2 entry with flat fee, rebuy, shootout, knockout and you can also decide payout structure/winner take all etc too

Just did a $1 tourney winner take all to try it out, looks pretty good!

Only thing I couldn't see yet was a recurring tourney feature, like set one up for every friday or whatever, but I will look into it!

Also, is there a chat feature for the club?

People can have the option of adding their pokerstars player name added to the original post if they wish, just PM me. Otherwise you can introduce yourself in the game!


Carl, the min buyin is $1+.10 atm, they probably figure it's not worth it for them to run it otherwise, not sure

I'd love to play more tourneys. I'm just a bit miffed there is no chat feature for members to discuss buy ins etc
