90s Topps Finest - Peel or Leave Coating?

Thats whats im finding so tempting! One of them is the Kidd RC and it features a wide variety of colours, but it looks so dull with the coating over the card. I'm still leaning towards keeping the coat on though.
I'll receive the 1995 Kidd Finest Refractor hopefully real soon and its also unpeeled.
It says 'peel' so thats what intended to happen. Once peeled great care is needed to keep the cards clean and smudge free but like you said its more visually appealing. If grading the surface is the peel and any bubbles or imperfections are graded down of course. The easy way out is to have both peeled and non peeled, thats my pc.

Don't peel...... though I always peel cards like 05-0t Trilogy for example (unless I am planning on selling)...... don't see the point on leaving it on otherwise as you couldn't see the card...... this hobby is about enjoying it, if you can't see the card, peel it off & enjoy it!

i agree with Contador, get 2 of the same card, peel one, leave the other on, thats what i do also, gets a bit tedious with player pc's as most of the time you end up with 4-6 cards, common peeled and unpeeled, refractor peeled and unpeeled, xfractor/embossed refractor peeled and unpeeled
It really depends on what you want to do with the card, if it is purely a PC item then just peel the card and reveal its true beauty. But if you are planning to sell it, you might want to keep it on because it simply gives you the choice later on to peel.
In some cases, if you plan to send it in for grading, you might actually want to peel it off because damages to the protector counts against your card. You rather have a spotless peeled card then a scratched unpeeled card. Personally, I see no difference in peeled or unpeeled versions, its the same card, cards are never meant to have protectors anyway...

i only started getting 2 when you wanted to play with them....still not sure about your facination with "Speedo Ken"Cheers guys, im leaning towards NOT peeling...Even though its PC and i intend of keeping all of my Kidd cards for a while after he retires, i can't see how peeling the cover would reduce the cards value if i decided to sell them one day. Also if its still unpeeled, i still have the option of peeling it off whenever i like.
