****MORE Select 2 PICS *****

Re: ****MORE Select 2 PICS ***** May contain spoilers

Sure showed it yesterday didn't he. He couldn't get a kick on a player that can't kick :lol:

Credit though hes good, but not the best.

Couldn't get a kick? Seriously? 2 goals. 27 possessions. He really couldn't get a kick. :rolleyes:

Ablett averages 1.4 goals, 12.2 kicks, 22.5 handballs so 34.7 possessions per game. I don't think anyone else in the league has averages like that.

His first goal wasn't a goal it was a dodgy 50 penalty that he happened to be on the recieving end. He did work hard all afternoon, but credit to Jones, he let him lose a couple of time, but the way he put ablett into positions where his possetions became less and less effective, was very admirable.

I could slot in many more players into that list

* Tambling
* Rhyce Shaw
* Dyson
* Grover
* Thursfield

Think about it this way.

Rhyce Shaw: you can tell me about how he gets the ball and sop forth, but how many of his possetions are effective and how many are actually hard ball gets.

Tambling: The guy has imporved alot since starting, but he is such a slow player, when he gets the ball he needs to be told "the first option is the right one". He is always turning blind into packs and coughing the ball up in crucial spots due to the fact he plays in the midfield.

Dyson: This guy (said by many) is to severly underrated. He is a mixture of the 2 above, but is by far the better player of the 3. He can't win ball and his effectivness is terrible.

This is not a personal attack this is just what i have seen after watching these 3 many a time. You can dispute me if you want, but this is just my opinion.

ok your opinion but rhys shaw is a gun, played better at the pies but he is struggling at the swans, tambling is not slow he trys to break the lines, run the ball and when this is done turnovers are sure to occur and i dont know what you are saying about dyson, his left foot is usually deadly and he can set the bombers up with his run and penetrating kick
but thats only my opinion

Tambling, hahahaha

Thought you would have easily found room for your own Raph Clarke!!

at the ime gardiner was good but when cox came to town he turned to crap.
Yeah that and the fact that the Eagles slayed him in the medai for his off field actions and lost all confidence and trust in him. It's an absoloute credit to him being able to turn his life around and play great footy as well.

It is absolutely amazing that Select do not have any news about this new release on their website...it defies logic...

no its not... if you have been following the site they havent actually updated anything until like a month or two ago... before that the newest stuff they had was the Storm Premiership set.
