They are both from signings in 1996 ZO did and he did them on these 2 cards.

I make sure to get COA's with them and make sure they are serial numbered in the sams spots on the cards with the same handwriting and ink pen

Good question. I've seen some poor sigs before and these are legit.
I bought the Fleer one before and it was badly damaged so I had to buy another one. I've been trying to pic up the SP one for a while now and these were actually both sold together so I got the ones I needed together!!. I now have 2 of the fleer and the SP I needed. I want the Stamped SP buyback auto though. It looks the same as this SP except there is a gold foil stamp from Score Board in the lower left corner.
