I think you just keep the serial number of the box and send it back to Topps, they will then send you some kind of replacement

Well not ganna bust the 2nd no more ganna sell on ebay packs as its sh!t me too much if anyone has the exact info directions in regards of the first box please PM on what exactly i should do.

From johnsmithysmithy his a member here i mean they didnt look tampered they had the shrink wrap with the Topps Logo All over it.

They wouldnt have been tampered with.... It does state on Average doesnt it? Thats what they always use to back themselves!

I've found topps pretty good at producing what's "promised" I've only ever had trouble with Upper Deck.
