Didn't pulled the magic/bird/drj, but I am still happy with break, all 8 cards I pulled was clean, good centering, with some star player.

I paid around $30AUD for the pack, It was better than bust newer pack.

nice break...

still alot of great players there....

it's not usual to pull kobe's dad card with lew alcindor..... west all-star...

well done

Great break...most importantly, how good was the bubble gum?

I was joke with one of me mate(he know who he is), how cool to do a video break, chew the gum while opening the pack

it would be top 10 hit on youtube/Beckett I reckon

almost 30 years old gum.....ymmmmmmm

Yeah nice, I have 2 of those packs at home, can't bring myself to bust them!!

Well Aussie Dollars been so strong, you could pick one up around 20-25USD

which is about 30bucks, not much more than a pack of 07-08 Spx so I heard.

I will buy few more and busting it. Just make sure they not resealed(I don't think mine one is)

about 1 in 10-15 to pull Magic/Bird/DRJ

still great value since all cards are pack pull MINT

Thats a groovy break, I think the pin-up is a cool idea. The design of these cards is such a classic, have you seen the new ones in this year's Topps?

I heard a rumour you could tell what was in packs by looking at the front and back card which are visible without opening because of the way they were produced/inserted in a particular order, thus you could in theory know there was a bird/magic... Not sure if that's true.

Isn't it funny how you can bust these 25y/o packs and the cards are in better shape than a box of this year's exquisite

Yep, They look neat, Good centering on some too

Please do share your theory, but I don't think it will work since only place to get those pack are ebay, for me at least. Be good to know

I got the bird on the front of the pack.

Cheers

I think adhunt was meaning that the collation of the packs means that the seller holding the pack can tell what is in them from the front/back cards, therefore they are not going to sell you a pack that contains the money card (the Bird/Magic RC).

I know:D:D
That's what I mean by saying it would not work with me, because ebay seller most likely hold back on packs with Bird/Magic card inside. Yet the only place to get those packs are ....

But I'd love to know the theory. :woot::woot:
