I love buying loose packs but I really wish that ESP made retail boxes. Don't know how they legally get away with selling them at the same price in retail and advertising that there is a chance at sapphires, emeralds or 1/1's when there is zero chance of hitting one from that stock.
Just make retail cases at slightly lower costs and without advertising the sapphires, emeralds and 1/1's

While it seems obvious that the newsagent boxes are light on the very high end hits the odds are based on the overall production run, not individual cases or boxes. This is why there will be no issues with false advertising etc.

Newsagent stock is less than 1/3 of the total release and I believe that all the cases they received are opened and boxes distributed in small lots. This is why you might hit three Ruby Mojo's in three boxes from one newsagent and then not one Ruby in ten others!!

I am indifferent to waiting!!!!! Luckily I've only bought 4 packs because the 3 closest newsagents haven't received any.

My best year was 2015 scored two sigs in a starter pack

Worse was 2013 three boxes no hits

Haha I had the exact same in 2013. 3 boxes and best I got was a Gold Fast and furious. Although I then hit 2 signatures from 7 loose packs kinda made up for it that year but yeah my boxes were all duds

Hoping me case is heavy sharks though I do really like the Lewis cards in this set.

I took the day off tomorrow to get the case and have a long weekend for my bday .. so far doesn't look good

I dont know how images are sourced but they do need to take a little more care in doing so, we've had a few errors like this over the past few years

Also if anyone sees any Rabbitohs #111 from this release (or any Elite) let me know as I'm trying to match my sigs to the jersey patch I got last year

As was mentioned in another post......Roy Asotasi does a great Johnathan Thurston impression.

So it seems so far these are the following errors:

JT Crystal 2002 (Roy Asotasi)
Knights Sapphire - Not Josh Starling
Kalyn Ponga Young Guns (Spelt Kayln)

Any others people have spotted?
