Wrong question champ. DK asked if Matt was at the sitting of the Langlands signing and that is the one he has not replied to.

Let me again state that I am not employed or affiliated with ESP, Regal, Select, Panini, Bovale, Topps, Leaf etc.

However as part of my official Ozcards capacity, I am in contact with representatives of all of these companies from time to time and I do attend various events, signings, meetings, shows, appearances etc. in an Ozcards capacity.

As an example, next month I am attending a signing and a filming with one of Australia's biggest current sportspeople in an official Ozcards capacity. I have been asked by the company involved to not mention any details of this however when I can, I will.

There are also times where companies ask that no information is shared with the wider community until they are happy for us to do so.

I will state this again..... I am not employed or affiliated with ESP, Regal, Select, Panini, Bovale, Topps, Leaf etc.

I personally don't really care who is at card signings special events legends signings or events that I cannot attend. I am grateful that info on these can be shared when people are ready or when companies will allow it. This site allows us to read about what is going on in our industry. NO MATTER WHEN WE GET THE INFO WHO OR HOW.

I don't have to tell you or anyone where I go, who I meet with or what I am doing in an official Ozcards capacity? It really is none of yours or anyone else's business.

Do I have to list every event, signing, meeting etc that I have attended in an Ozcards capacity? I don't think I have to? What if its a case of a manufacturer not wanting anyone to say anything about their signings?

The main aim in me attending a majority of these events (most in my own time) is to bring information to the members here. That's all.

I'm sure no one else would appreciate me missing 60 minutes of a football game (where my team was playing) at Allianz stadium so I could go pick up new release boxes to have straight on the site for a product preview?

To be honest a fair few people will have missed the whole hounding of me for an answer on this. The main reason for this (and its already been posted on Facebook - have the screenshots) is that some people are looking for any opportunity to discredit me, this site to ESP so they can obtain an advantage for themselves. That's how petty this whole thing has become.

If I was @Matt26 then I would have packed up my bat and ball and gone home. He has copped an unfair grilling over nothing. The amount of work that the Mods would do in their own time and for the love of the hobby to ensure this site remains running would be crazy.

I appreciate the effort to provide information on upcoming releases and securing prizes also. There has been some really negative and petty stuff on here lately (NRL forum) and it would be nice to see the forum get back to what it is all about, trading cards, busting boxes, collecting and of course the greatest game of all, Rugby League.
