Problem with JZA

I think the best thing is to work out something with JZA on the PM's and not in a thread. He is a very trusted member and I'm sure he will do the best he can to sort it out.

Agreed...but my thoughts are leaning in Niels favour....if you make a deal you should go through with it.

As you have mentioned Dave....Jezza is a trusted member and there are obviously some circumstances....

You can be member here for years but trade is trade i would be pissed as well if i didnt get my cards !!!!

I´mk thinking of posting our pms here so erveybody can follow. Am I allowed to do that?

BTW I believe that he is a long member and good trader. Don´t want to attck him personally, but I´m really angry about how this "trade" went out.

If you agree to a trade and post a trade agreement. The one trader sends the card at the same day and there is no problem with the card. Then the other one should hold on to the trade aswell.

I think the root problem here, is what was the issue with the initial card which was designated specifically for the trade. But anyway, this should be given to the mods and let them sort it out with the two traders, let's not make this a public spectacal.

I agree with you guys, JZA is a long standing member of the boards, and very well respected one at that; you dont get 70 trades easily

I would attempt to figure it out with JZA, then maybe contact one of the mods before posting a thread about...

i think the mods should help out in this situation as Jim has suggested. But a trade is a trade regardless of who has been on this site longer. Good luck with sorting it out fellas.

It is between you and I and thats it. I am happy to accept a neg if you want to do that. But the matter is not for public discussion.

I don't want to delve into it too far but I thought if you agree to a deal and post in a thread the deal is done and you are to treat the cards as if they are not yours anymore. To pull out of a trade after this time with an excuse the card has gone up in price is weak in my opinion.
Just my thoughts.

Exactly, especially if the card is something you needed for a set, another deal or if it was something you were after for your pc for ages. There should be no excuses.
