Need Help - What Maggi cards am i missing here

So im trying to finish off a set of Maggi Cards and im trying to work out what im missing.

If anyone can help out fill in the blanks it would be much appreciated.

My understanding is that there is 5 cards for each team. Is that right or wrong??

I have only included the teams in the list above if im missing a player from that team.

Yeah but there is atleast 1 other set, In the style of playing cards. I have only seen 1 seller list them. Crai50...something? You know who i am talking about.
 
2002 have only seen some of these at a mates house dont own any I think 5 per team but not sure. these are cigarette card shaped
2003 playing card style Parra = Burt Hindmarsh & Wagon I think only 3 per team I have these ones. dont know other teams only collect Parra
2005 listed above (I have these in my 2005 folder)
2006 /45 Parra = Hindmarsh Riddell & Tahu these are a sticker about 2/3rds size of a Tazo. I got these of Rarecollectables he sold a set divided into team sets. Never seen them again
 
I don't have any of these, but I can't say I'm too concerned. There was a Winfield set over there from around 94 or 95 as well, wasn't there?
