What's your Loch Ness Monster of collecting?

Mine is the 1989 Robbie McCormack Buttercup card ... I've heard it exists in very small quantities, but never seen it.

2006 Danny Buderus signature tazo is a close second, that damn thing is the bane of my life.

Yeah the signed Tazo's would have to be up there, definatley not seen 3 of the St George ones, I doubt they ever made it out of the factory.

Well that is one brilliant collection of cards......congratulation David =D>

As for the topic I would have to say there are two series of club release that I would love to add to my Dragons collection but have never seen:

2001 St George Hot Hot Hot...seen the odd single come up
2002 St George Bring It On.....

Cheers
Ross

Honestly i would say the 1981 Ardmona panthers set (saw one on ebay, and was at work when it ended - so i got outbid) and I haven't seen another set pop up in ages now. Another one is a card listed in Dans book that i have NEVER seen 1990 State Bank
1. Royce Simmons - hopefully someday these will arrive in my collection

Ross here are pics.

Wow, nice little collection. =D>

Is the "Bring it On" release a 21 card release or 18? I notice in Dan's book he has it numbered 1-15 and then 1-6 for a set of 21 cards. It is obviously an error because I can see Barrett / Blacklock / Gasnier are numbered 16 / 17 / 18? Are you missing any from this set?

Love the GF tickets, were you there personally or have you managed to collect these?

Also the St George Heroes limited edition set is another "white whale for me" how cool is that.

Thanks heaps for posting the pictures.

Cheers

Ross, there are actually 25 cards in the bring it on, they are extra cards that are numbered the same as other players, for example the gasnier I have as spare is a number 6.
I am still chasing a few.
Attended all saints grand finals since 77.
have 2 sets numbered 36 and 43.
Did you get the reflections cards in the tin.
Dave.

how much would you pay for the ardmona set mint in box never opened in box set of all teams.
And a mint state bank card signed by Royce himself.

No clue what they are worth mate, i would expect they would fetch a fairly high price though. If your interested in selling both of the above PM me what price your thinking and we can go from there. I would love to see a photo of the royce simmons card though - as i said ive never seen one before.
