Ponting is a god and Hussey isnt too far behind him!!

Looking unstoppable at the moment....i expect them to declare around 550....or after ponting reaches 200!

They will bat out the second day if they can.... 3 days shoudl be enough to bowl england out twice.... - we could have 700 by the end of the day!
 
good thing freddy is their only decent bowler at the moment, other wise we might have a contest on our hands!
 
it seems gilly still dont know how to play swing bowling specially if bowled on the other side of the wicket. i hope he trys to learn to bat right handed coz right now his form against quality swing bowlers is terrible.
 
great start to day one and ponting becomes the equal record holder for most centuries by an Aussie. Only 32 years of age, how much longer can he go on and obviously the pressures of being captain aren't effecting his batting

same here i thought were going for the kill but it seems ponting's decision can really hurt australia on the next test match. by giving england to redeem themselves on their bowling and get a few quick wickets it boost their confidence going thru the next test match which is not the best thing to do atm.
