Official 2012-13 Offseason thread - trades, rumours, etc

They got felton, they no longer need too, if the do they will be in luxury tax territory!
Luxury Tax Territory is on the third year of Lin's Rocket offer sheet which will pay him around $15M. No point for New York to match.

If New York really wanted to re-sign Lin Badly, they should have offer Lin earlier before Houston made that offer. Not a bad thing for Lin and he can't control what is happening in New York.

Houston is a good place for him anyway and would be good for eastern conference guards when its time to get AllStar votes... hahaha!!! :) If he plays well next season, who wants to bet against Lin not getting a start in the AllStars? ;)

Agree, maybe we are witnessing the new Yao? lol

For some reason I like the Bynum to Cavs talk. They would have alot to work with then.

I still think the difference between the Lakers making the NBA Finals or bowing out in the earlier stages is Dwight so I think they need to make that move. Even if it's for one year.

It's looking like the Lakers may not even re sign Bynum after this year so making the deal for Dwight is still smart.
