So do i, i follow league more than Afl even though im from melbourne but the AFL does it Way better.

it sucks when they are quality players that join better placed teams bulldogs are running 2nd and have beaten the 1st placed team and they sign an international player like Sam Perrett, or when dragons signed Gasnier in 09 and Fien in 10 it should be made to benifet struggling teams

I love how Ritchie Faoso was goign to Canberra, but Canberra were told to shed 2 players, so now off to Melbourne.

FFS! Even if the Raiders have used ALL their cap, 1/2 their bloody squad is long term injured. How fair is that?

I agree. I know it would be hard to come up with the rules and police them, but they do need some sort of cap allowance for injuries. Even if it is only for the season ending injuries. The Raiders as an example lost Campese and White both for the season by round 9. These are two of the highest paid players in the club chewing up cap space for almost a whole season that could be used on a new player. You'd have to think the NRL would prefer teams to be able to stay competitive.

You always have to wonder what happened at the Raiders with a player like Drury Low. He was a worl beater in u20's and from memory scored 3 tries in the only 2 games he played in first grade but hasn't had a go since. Given the riaders form you kind of wonder where it all went wrong!
