Cardzone, what a joke

I have had good and bad dealings with Cardzone. I agree that they are totally overpriced but when you are chasing that card to complete a set cardzone can be handy. I once had my order turn up without the cards I ordered, I rang and complained and he did send out replacements straight away so that was okay.

Just thought id say havent really had any trouble with cardzone. I feel for Daniel cause there is nothing worse then spending all that money on a case and trying to resell with out the big signature card. Also as for his prices yes they are high but the only way to survive with massive rent and him and his wife getting paid each week is to have those prices and when no one has a card thats when wang will make his money getting top dollar. Ebay and many sellers selling from home and only having to out lay money for the cards is the only reason they can stay so cheap. Just thought id have my say lol

Did you end up getting your cards mate?
I purchased from this guy for the first time ever in 10+ years of card collecting on Monday, got an email saying they had been sent on Tuesday, and gottem reg post on Friday

Yeah I agree with most of these comments here. One of the hardest people to do business with, as bad as Upper Deck.

I wanted to stock AFL Series 2 this year for my customers, send two emails rang twice and no answer finally got back to me with Happy to have you as a supplier but you cant have Series 2 AFL this year you MUST buy $3500 worth of Series 1 before you can buy Series 2. What a joke. I couldn't turn over $1000 worth of Champions let alone $3500.

Once again Select loses out on making Adelaide an even stronger market, because a few of my customers wont buy AFL now as other shops charge too high.

Thats where the hobby really disappoints me, Hope Select and Steve Wang lost their distributrship of AFL next season. Give it to a rep in each state :)

He has one of the best catalogs on Nrl cards that I have ever seen, he must be on the ball !!!
He is the sole wholesale distributor of NRL cards, and always has his family members in there helping open product to break down and sell, so of course he has an extensive range!

That's unbelievably poor form. His monopoly on the AFL product really is a joke.

He may be one of the sole wholesaler on NRL Cards but not at wholesale prices, This man may be slow and expensive now but in the future I think he will be fast and rich since he is pumping $1000 's of dollars in his shop, he knows that all his NRL cards are going to be sold sooner or later and will never loose any money.

Its outrageous. He has abused his monopoly power to keep other compeditors out of the market, in this case Mr P.

Great for him. Bad for the hobby.
Yes Owen I agree it's outrageous, but this hobby has also turned into $$$$ instead of collecting for the love of NRL, It's like Woolworths and Coles don't care about
the local grocery store or farmers, at the end of the day most buissiness people only think about money, I don't think Mr Card Zone gives a S%#t about cards.
In 1980 when I was collecting cards we didn't have all this and it was fun and affordable for young and old.

Well if keeps going that way its gonna die cause the kids today are not getting into collecting like we did in my day.

I asked the kids in my street recently if anyone at their school collects footy cards. Answer - no.
