2011-12 NBA Season Thread - SPOILERS

Monta had 38 so....... did he shut him down when they were rallying from behind did he?

Did you watch it??

Coach Pop put Green on Monta and made him stick to him like Glue from the end of the 3rd onwards. And from that point he barely got a clean possession and didn't get any more easy shots!

Monta and Curry were on fire! I think Ellis had 31 of his 38 by half way through the third!

that finger roll by Lebron was saweet!
Gonna be hard to top that Top 10 this season IMO!

i see! I think the replay's on ESPN now I might have a look see!

Danny Green won the Spurs the game full stop. He stopped Monta doing anything in the fourth and he was hitting shots and making plays of offense.....didn't see any of that when he was in Cleveland!! Monta was on fire, Golden State would be crazy to trade him. But Steph Curry not playing the 4th was a massive factor in the win as well. I mean if he was still playing, Monta would have had a guy to pass out to when he was getting double-teamed. But all in all, very good game and comeback by the Spurs, even without Manu.

Pretty much nailed it.

2 things bothered me

The commentators. Biggest homers in league commentating?

Under a minute to go, no call on the D on Monta by Green, then straight back down the other end and EXACT contact by Klay on Green is called and FT's smfh

Wooo Hoo!, Finally Signed Up, I Just made it that i was from America and got some random Miami Post Code:lol:

Taking your talents to South Beach eh!?

Sweet to see Spurs win!

It is!?

I think Stephen Curry needs to get new shoes! and this time shoes that cover his ankles!

Apparently he changed his shoes recently and a couple weeks ago actually went to the Nike Lab to try and work out why he is getting so many ankle probs and to try and find the right shoes for him....... so hopefully he gets something better soon.

Yer the commentators were pretty bad and bias to the Spurs. That's why I hate watch games when the commentators are from the club. But the Cavs, Pacers and Raptors commentators are pretty good from what I've seen. Detroit's and San Antonio's commentators are terrible.

And yer it seemed like the refs were on the Spurs side a bit as well!!

Loved to see Cuz and Keith Smart get along and have a laugh on the bench... Not to mention the 19 pts 15 rebs in 28 minutes!
