Hi Dom, It will automatically pick for you from a pre made list or one that you decide to do yourself I had to do some resetting so just check that your list (if you made one) is still saved

I noticed the draft rankings are pretty much the same every round. Is that meant to be like that?

It is a setting called snaking which makes it fairer for late picks. You can choose the standard set up which gives you the same pick in each round. As a keeper league we should be able to trade draft picks which should make it more fun
