ok guys i am surre alot of you would have seen what happend in my 05/06 UPPERDECK SPGU box break refer to the following thread

well i have been in contact with the seller a couple of times through out the week and here is what has been happening.
my first contact with was after i opened the box
"Was this box a factory sealed box ? cause a the jersey was missing from one of the jersey cards and i received NO auto's, very disappointed. Regards Andrew "

"Yes, it came from a sealed case. The Jersey is missing? You may want to send the card to Upper Deck, they can send you a replacement.

" ok i definately think that item no.8739412108 was not factory sealed, reason being that i just busted another box of 05/06 SPGU and the plastic was totally different to the plastic on your box. The plastic on the other box had white upperdeck logos plasted all over it, your plastic wrapping had nothing on the plastic and plastic also felt and looked totally different (i am keeping all the contents of both boxers). The box you sent me didn't have any auto cards in it, each box of SPGU averages at least 1 auto per box. I would like a full refund, if i don't receive a full refund i will be reporting you to ebay & paypal and i may be lodging a claim with upperdeck. "

I really don't know what you are talking about. First off, about 90% of our boxes we sell on ebay are drop-shipped by various well-known distributors and we have not had any problems. We don't ship them from our store. We have seen probably 3-4 cases of this product busted in our store and nothing is guaranteed, we have seen anywhere from 0-5 autos in one box. If the box was not opened you could send it back for inspection. We obviously can not send you a refund for a box of opened cards. To me, it would be rather obvious if the plastic was not correct before I opened a box. Our reputation peaks for itself. "

" i shouldn't have to look at the plastic before i open it cause i would have thought this would have been a factory sealed box, which it was not. Anyway i will be lodging a claim case with upperdeck quality assurance department, i have to send in the hologram from the box along with the concerns i have with the box, so i guess upperdeck will able to tell by hologram from the box as to what cards should have been in the box. As I can see you will be of no help i think i might have to lodge a claim with ebay and paypal. Regards Andrew "

I don't know exactly what you expect us to do. We can't just send you a refund because you say you opened a box and didn't get what you were suppose to get. We have seen hundreds of boxes opened where someone didn't get what they were suppose to get. We sell thousands of boxes, haven't had any related problems. I'm not sure what you are expecting us to do. I'm sorry you were not happy with the transaction. We have a couple of these boxes left in stock in our store for our store customres, but I will ship one to you at a discounted price if you'd like in good faith. Everything looks fine with it from here. These are re-stock boxes we have $125 into. We would sell one for $90+ postage to show good faith (or I guess we could send you $35 partial refund to show good faith) as that is what we would be losing on the box. I don't know what else we can do. If that is not satisfactory, do you what you feel is necessary, but we have not done anything wrong.
