Im not sure on that one. I'd like to see someone get to the bottom of this as i've noticed this Jordanpatch23 & Bond_girl's auctions always seemed to set precedents on MJ sales and im starting to believe there may be some serious price colluding going on with some of these aussie guys auctions. I have noticed alot of jrsmith23's auctions do go extra high though and now the ebay link above claims they are friends and both of them have had (claimed) the same thing happen to them by the same buyer :confused:

Saying that i just dealt with jrsmith23 (Ray Chung) off ebay through another forum and everything went smoothly.
 
If you read it properly, the cards were sold by Australian collectors.

Thats real fishy, wonder if the buyer is from OS or Aus? Someone MUST be helping them if the packages have been tampered with to remove cards then sent back.

Being a federal crime, if caught those peeps will go to jail. Mail fraud and conspiracy to comitt fraud are big charges. Burn in hell i hope.
 
2 interesting things about this
1) jrsmith and jordan_patch are the same guy. However I know nothing about the wegotstock99 guy
2) wegotstock99 has no negative feedback - weird????
 
Big thread on SCF. Apparently jordanpatch is the same seller as bond_girl, and jrsmith could possibly be the same seller as kobes_for_sale... so while calling out wegotstock for scamming him, if it's true then they've revealed a possible shilling/price fixing ring they have going...
 
There is something extremely suspicious about this "claim" and you will note that claim is in parentheses as I am of the opinion that the claim is suss. Why has there been a need to amend the description of the ebay auction link in the first post.

When I first saw the description it started with Hi it's Bond_Girl_Amy_Australia here (or something like that). Now that set alarm bells because why is one seller using another sellers id to list, unless of course they shill each others bids. If you look the description has been revised so obviously they realised there mistake by using their other id in the desrcription.

Yes the revision did take placee under yesterdays date, but this is on US ebay so technically it was yesterday for part of our today in the US.

There has been no card stolen, in fact it probably never existed or at least in the ownership of those now claiming it has been stolen

Just my opinion and if proven wrong I can accept that
 
Not that i know any of the parties involved but if people are shill bidding etc, then they get ripped off i think its called Karma, not that 2 wrongs make a right either, just gives the whole hobby a bad name....
 
Well what do we know so far that is fact?

I know this for a fact that jrsmith_23 on ebay (ex jordan23 BANNED here and on HK) confirmed on another website that he is Jordan_Patch23.

The rest im sure will come out in the next few days.

Hmmm why would they change the listing, it definitely said "hi this is Bond_girl_Australia" and also said he/she was a friend of jrsmith23. We know for sure Bond_girl and jordanpatch23 are the same person so they will never get any of my business and hopefully enough of the high end Jordan collectors out there saw the listing to stop bidding on these shilled arse auctions.

Here's wegotstocks response to the thread on SCF (For those who havn't seen it):
Everyone Please BEWARE of this Fraud seller.. She shills all her bids changes her ebay user IDs every few months or year or so,who knows Why ???...Here's the real story for all of those who know or don't know me... I did a bunch of deals with this seller Amy Use to go under eBay user ID bond_girl_007 ..After spending thousands of Dollars with her on previous deals. She had the audacity to disrespect me on another deal we were trying to close. After being treated like crap. I told her to go to H**L she definitely did not deserve any of my hard earned cash. We both parted our separate ways.. Some time down the road i went back on ebay and won a few auctions Not knowing it was her because for some apparent reason she loves to frequently change her user ID Who or what knows the hell reason Why. But most likely because shes doing something not to legitimate. Anyhow. Once i realized it was her i kindly told her to please refund me my money and sell them on ebay again to someone else. She refused and thought she was smarter than me. I called paypal and my credit card company and explained them my story they notified me to refuse the delivery which I Did. I never received the delivery and it was Refused. So for this Looser Amy to claim that i am a scammer is ridiculous. Shes the one who opens up new ebay accounts, always has 2 at a time constantly changing her ebay user IDS every few month's or year or so,and is know for shilling her bids but yet i am the scammer.. I have never been so happy till seeing this today knowing that she never received back her cards..GOOD for you i am so glad you are at a loss you deserve it ..I guess there is a G-d up there and Amy got what she deserved.. I tried to work this out civilly with her but she tried to strong arm me. Like the D***SH B*G that she is..Please Beware of Ebay User ID: jordan_patch23 and i know she has 1 other ebay user ID ..Just be aware of a high end jordan seller
from:Sydney, New South Wales, Australia as She Most defenitly schills her auctions ... Maybe one day she will learn how to treat people especially customers with respect. I guess thats something they dont teach there children out there in Australia . Anyhow I hope everyone sees my side of the story and Judges it properly on there own. As you can see that she pointed out i am a big time purchaser with over 1800 positive feedback am well know in the ebay community and on other known forums..I will also be attending the Nationals this year in chicago.. Hope to see you all there.

So jrsmith23 aka Ray aka Jay is Jordan_Patch23 on ebay?
Can you show me the other forum this was uncovered please Matt?

Fact: Bond_Girl & Jordan_Patch23 are the same person as posted on the original ebay listing in the first post which has been altered
