Just had a look at sellers completed listings, seems to be a more than once occurrence.
Same 0 feedback account, but from months earlier. And somehow not blocked.....

Yep the Derrick Rose one is particularly damning because he re-listed the card afterwards. And as you note, the zero feedback account remained unblocked.

The bidder with 0 feedback has been blocked , thought I blocked him the first time around , non payment.

Been on this forum for 10 years mate and Ebay for around the same with excellent feedback , careful about making accusations.
